Are you certain it is the oil pan and not the front crank seal?

Was the sealing surface on both the blcok & oil pan in good condition? (scratched, gouges, warped, etc)

Did you thoroughly clean the both surfaces?

Sure it's not a main oil gallery plug or oil filter unit?

You need to describe where it was leaking, front, back, transmission end or accessories end. Did you use any RTV silicon sealant (what type as well) and what did you clean off the mating surfaces with?
What was the replacement gasket, Ford or after market supply and what was the material?

The gasket is a ford gasket. Second they did scarpe off the old gasket and resadue. I think now it might be from the crankshaft seal right behind the pulley. The is oil all over the left side on the chassis bottom of the oil pan. The bottom of the valve cover seem wet to what do u guy think? and how much labor to do the crankshaft seal ?

I just had my crank case seal replaced on my '99 2.5 SE. It started leaking at about 50K. I originally thought it was an oil line or the oil pan as the residue build up was low on the engine. I had the pulley belt replaced at the same time, and it ran about $300.00 for parts and labor.
