Hi,
my tour looks to work fine, in normal temperature (N-M),
But sometimes (once a week aprox.) after I turn it off some water start to boil and leak from the radiator reservoir. I think aprox 1/2 to 1 inch leaks from the reservoir each time,
It just happens after I turn off the car, also I checked it with the ODB II scanner and in fact the temperature while on is aprox. 195 F and atfer I turn it off it raises to 215F or more and starts to boil and leak,
Any sugestion???

two things right off the top of my head. 1, not enough anti-freeze in the coolant mixture and the boiling point is too low. The anti-freeze raises the boiling point of the coolant. When you shut your car off the water pump stops pumping water but the engine is still hot and the coolant will continue to increase in temperature for a short time until the engine starts to cool.

2, your coolant resivor cap is not sealing or is not allowing the system to pressurize. The pressurization of the cooling system raises the boiling point of the coolant mixture as well. Lack of presure could allow the coolant to boil when the engine is turned off when its up to temperature and the coolant stops circulating.

Also about the mixture, how could I know if I have 50/50??

Get the cap pressure tested by a radiator shop and buy a coolant hydrometer. It is a device that you use to take a sample of the coolant, see what the mixture of water to coolant is and the boiling point of the mixture.

The hydrometer is cheap and the caps are not that expensive either.
