Where is the PCV valve on the Zetec? I looked all over for it but I can't find it.

IIRC, it is under the exhaust manifold, between the manifold and the engine.......hard to see...

I thought it was under the intake manifold, not the exhaust manifold. I think I would of seen it when I was playing with the header...or maybe I am just blind.

According to my trusty Chilton, its behind the manifold, you have to remove the cat to get to it.

You mean header. I should have changed it then. Whoops!

Its possible to get to it without pulling the cat. I was able to do mine, though I have slender hands so they could fit behind the manifold.

EDIT: I believe there is a how-to on the main seciton of the site.

i changed mine in about 10 minutes, cost me 2 dollars at Auto Dorks. its right behind the exhaust manifold, it looks likea wire, u push it in and the thing slides out, pop the new one in, viola. might have to ake the heatshield off.
