Would this be a bad idea? Would I be stripping gears and burning it up in no time putting a FSVT transmission in my CSVT? Would the bellhousing match, or could I use my bellhousing.......??? Just an idea so far.

Its been covered in depth before but basically you won't want it because it is actually WEAKER then the MTX-75 and will not handle as much TQ as the std.
I offer PnP Heads for all durtec's details at PnPheads.com or jesse@pnpheads.com for details.
The Focus Getrag 6 speed will only match the Zetec bolt patter, the MTX75 bellhousing is part of the main case, not a 'bolton' dependant on engine type & ,as stated the Getrag will not handle the V6 power etc...
I figured as much.......but I HAD to make sure because I would KILL for a 6th gear, but the x-trac trans. isn't an option for my SVT. Bulldog keeps looking better, and better, and better.............

There is no way the Getrag could be upgraded?

I talked to terry about it yesterday....He says now it is possible...but its never been done....and your going to have to highly modify your drive train...and its Expensive as all hell...between 3000 and 6000$ was his estimate i believe. Not worth it..play with your gear ratio...less expensive and you can still get a good topend or acceloration.
