Thanks for the comments. I like them they are much brighter than the stock ones. Several people flash their brights at me when I have them on at night, so they must be a little too bright. I really have no idea what kind of bulbs they take. I did not pay attention to what number they were before I installed them. As for mounting them, I made my own brackets out of aluminum. The last pic shows what the bracket looks like. I used the existing bolts for the front bumper to mount my custom bracket to. I did not have fogs before so I do not know if they will bolt up to the stock brackets but my guess would be that they won't.
