Now I look at the second image, it pretty much shows off what needs to be painted. In the headlamps everything I pained was ribbed, kinda like:

I hope that makes sense. You are able to see the ribs if you look through the lens. I don't have a pic with the lenses off though. The corner lamp was different. Its all smooth inside, except for a rib that runs from top to bottom right behind the bulb. I left the two curved sections that will throw the light forward, same with the headlamps.
