Well I've heard / read a lot about these and many people say they're best sub for a SPL / SQ mix. I plan on putting a Brahma 15" hooked up to a JBL 1200.1 ( Maybe a RF 1500BD dunno if I wanna spend the extra $$$ ).

Just wanted some opinions before I made the purchase, specially since it will be going in a Contour SVT.

Thanks

Go for it... i want to put 2 18" brahmas in my SE, but the space is gonna be kinda hard to get since i've already got a fiberglass box.. so i might go with 2 15" brahmas.. well either way.. you'll be gettin bassgasms like crazy..

Sounds great!

Stick with the JBL, cheaper, as much power, and more reliable than the RF.

Well, I don't have a Brahma, but I do have a Crossfire BMF-M 15 with that same amp. I think you will be pleased.

me loves the brahma . I got two of them and I'm still deciding on what amp to push them with. I may just go with an Earthquake PHD2 and be done with it.

yeah these things are monsters, I heard two of them in a BMW coupe this past weekend and they were THUNDEROUS lol. really accurate too. can't wait to get them installed. i'm going to try and get them in a fiberglass box that can be removed for when I want to race or go to the track. I purchased one from Adire directly and just bought another one yesterday from a guy on sound domain for $305 shipped. can't beat that with a bat.
