I did some searching and all I've found are people whose temp gauge changed after a refill of coolant. I, on the other hand have done nothing with the cooling system, however, my temp gauge now only comes up the "N" if that. I was previously running in the "O-R" range. I understand that these gauges are not accurate, but, a change of that much would suggest to me that the thermostat is stuck open, or may something else be at fault????

Thanks in advance.

Welcome onboard.

Interesting location, at first glance I thought it was my own post.

I would suspect the same problem, and if correct, it will be getting progressively lower on your gauge as weather cools. You might want to consider a wp change at the same time if you are aware of their reputation.

Could be the sender going bad or a loose connection. Clean the connection and make sure it is firmly on the sender.

Hey someone else from Pickering

Ever seen me around in the summer? (in school over winter)

I already did the WP as preventative maintenance
so it shouldn't be that, however I will keep an eye on temp on relation to outside temp., and check the sensors.
