OK, I have done the whole search thing, and am still confused. Just what is this upgraded cupholder everyone is talking about? Is it a new rubber insert, or something else? I would dearly love to feel more secure about my sugar-laden coffee not spilling on my SVT floor mats! Thanks.

It's a plastic addition (no rubber) with a new ashtray that sits just under the cigarette lighter. Part number is XS2Z-5413562-BAA. Any Ford service department could show you the picture.

I've wanting to do the same thing with mine. Cuz, basically the cup holders suck! That is my biggest complaint with my car. That, and no tach....I can live tho. Does anyone have pics of what this looks like installed. I checked www.fordparts.com and looked up that part #. They have it and it's about $20, but i wanna see what it looks like before I do it. Money is tight, ya know.
