Frontier Ford gave me $7500 for it. not what I wanted but more than everybody else offered.

The F-150 is great! I love it...still miss the SVT though.

What trucks you looking at?

that is not a bad price on a trade in though. The used car market is pretty soft right now from what I hear. Just listed mine on 3 different sites so we'll see if we get any bites.

As far as Trucks I'm looking at the Lightning (not very practical but would be fun to drive for a bit, plus I get a deal on these if the dealer can find one and hopefully will just be able to turn around and sell it for even money or even a profit after 6 months) or F250 supercrew. Like the 250 a lot so if the lightning doesn't happen that would be my logical choice.

Glad to hear you like yours. I can imagine it takes some getting use to the performance loss. Oh well at least we can say we had one for a bit. I still believe it is one of the best looking afordable 4 doors out there.

Whoa!! A Lightning would be awesome!!! My dream truck!

I hope you have some kind of X-plan or a friend that will hook you up cause they marking up the L's to $38k. With an X-plan you get it at $28k.

The F-150 isn't much of a performance loss in a straight line but turning is no where near as good. It pulls pretty good, its not slow at all.

The F-250's are awesome too. never driven one though. Good luck!!

Yeah I'm kind of excited about the prospects of having a lightning for a little while, it looks like some serious fun. I do get "A" plan pricing on all available Ford and Ford owned automobiles. So I'm pretty much Ford for life cause it doens't seem to make much sense to go elswhere when I can save the cash.

I'll let you know how it turns out. Now I just need to sell the Tour.
