I took the trek to Autozone ealier today to have my code pulled and the trusty tech told me that it was P0133. He said something about the O2 sensor responding slowly or something like that. Does anyone have any guidance? Thanks in advance.

From the how-to section:

P0133 Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit Slow Response - Bank No. 1.

Probably a failing/dying O2 sensor. (50-60K is typical life.) This is the upper sensor on the rear cylinder bank exhaust manifold. An O2 socket will be needed to loosen the sensor. The firewall is very close so you need to remove the coil pack to make room for hand and tools. You can get a replacement sensor complete with the Ford style electrical connector at AZ for about $50-$60. Might want to get some anti-seize for the new sensor while your there...
