I always thought Mustangs were beautiful cars. But standing next to that CSVT, it never had a chance!

thanks guys -

SpeedDemon - I like the silver mesh. makes it stand out more. if one day i go for the total blacked out look - i'll be sure to paint the mesh black.

Sergey - the brakes are KVR cross drilled rotors. They are not the big brake kit. I was too cheap for that!

Thanks for all the compliments guys. I was loving the way it was looking that weekend. I fell in love with the car all over again.

Cosmetically - I'm probably done with for now.
Mechanically - I have a lot of shiz done to it - but the good stuff is coming within the next month or so.

Ding Guards ned to go, but I do agree about the silver mesh, it does stand out. I love the look of your car.

problem with the ding guards is it's not nearly as easy to get the adhesive shite off as everyone says!!! I still have shite on mine and I took them off weeks ago!!! That's okay, I'm lucky that I live near GR8SVT and he is gonna detail me up nicely (I mean it man, I'm gonna do it real soon!!!) I say leave well enough alone, his car is tight!!

Those ding guards are the best!! Please do not remove them. If you do, you'll have very clean lines for the top two thirds of the door and then a bunch of lines in the bottom third, making the skirts look like an afterthought.

My 2 cents...

that's cool dave. you have my email. just let me know when!

now about the ding guards. I am part of the very few that like the ding guards on the SVT or Contour with SVT kit.

I think the lines flow pretty evenly with them on as blacknblue suggested.

oh - and not to mention that when MTORSX tried taking them off when he owned the car, he had the dreaded, two-tone (one clearcoat, the other no coat) type of look. So they went back on. I haven't seen it myself - just gathering from what he told me, it was very noticeable.

I have the ding gaurds off on my SE, at first I liked it, but I am about to put them back on. I also have that twotone look on the driver side door.

thanks for the compliments/suggestions! keep the suggestions coming!!
