OP burgman_dup1 CEG\'er B Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 85 Flowery Branch, GA	Hello, My zetec is getting the error: p0302 mis p0302 Cylinder 2 misfire detected Does anyone know what will cause this error? In the last couple days the car has been idling very rough and stalls on start... then today it blew that code. Anyone seen this? PA 3L SVT_dup1 Hard-core CEG'er P Joined: Jun 2001 Posts: 1,541 Conshohocken, PA	I recently fixed a misfire code on my in law's 96 Bonneville (sorry, no blower), same wasted spark type ignition. It had a bad coil and a bad plug wire, both confirmed with ohmmeter (chicken and egg situation there probably). Nice thing about GM coils - you can replace individual coils, instead of the whole coil pack assembly.

The problem plugs were autolite double plats�?� they only lasted 30k.
