I need to clean the vinyl again in the car.

In the past, I used 409 household cleaner then Formula 2001 or Black Magic or Armor all low shine.

Anyone use Orange clean, simple green, Hy-pro, Ammonia and water, Vinegar and water, et al.

What is your favorite?

You should try ammonia and bleach.

Vinylex. No question. Pricey, but well worth it.

That is not a cleaner. I would use dawn or simple green diluted 50/50 with water then use the Vinylex as a protectant.

I have to agree w/ Cartman vinylex is the way to go. And unlike antonio said vinylex is a cleaner and protectant. I use vinylex everyday and it does clean vinyl quite well. I leaves a nice shine on the vinyl not a greasy sloppy look like armour-all does.

303 Aerospace Protectant. The Autopia-Carport auto detailing newsgroup seems to prefer it to Vinylex. I have tried both and am currently using 303.
