Update:
Have seen the is the bank2 IMRC actuator shaft work when blipping the throttle in the driveway so I don't think it's stuck, it did move about a 1/3 rotation or more for about 1/4 of a second and then snapped closed

. Do either of the problems, the IMRC or the Camshaft Position Sensor cause CEL to appear or are these lower level malfunction codes. Am not seeing any CEL yet performance seem to be intermittent, sometimes good, sometimes very flat..
