The plastic gear inside of my sunroof motor melted a bit. Anyone know where to find a replacement? I've tried the dealers, but they want to sell me the whole motor assembly. I think I remember reading before about a possible brass gear?

Thanks!

No where to buy just the gear. Including the sunroof manfacturer (which are a bunch of assholes)

Chris Hightower was trying to get a brass gear made for them, but other things have conspired against it. I have not heard anything about it in months...
