Brian Final damage was $3200 more like $3600 if you include the rental car I had for 3 weeks. Price is still going up though since I had to take the car back in. Good luck with your car, let us know what happens.

just to update. You gentlemen were right. There was a tab bent out on one of the wiring harnesses and no current was flowing through. All seems to be fine now. I'll have to give it a few weeks before I feel like I'm out of the woods though.

spoke too soon. Dropping one of the cylinders, engine light flashing on and off. Sounds electrical. Back to the dealer again tomorrow. This is getting really old... really quick.

Really not looking forward to this... But I think I rather have the engine shop fix mine... I haven't heard of many FORD shops fixing things right. I should have realized Ford's problems from my parent's Explorer, Motor replaced before 10,000 miles. I'm going to think twice before buying and other FORD! Brian
