Hi I own a 1995 contour GL and suddenly the speedometer stopped working, including the odometer and trip odometer. They told me that the problem was with the cable that goes from the dash thru the transmission. They change it, but it still doesn´t works.
They haven´t find what´s the problem.
what could be?

Mine did that off and on and by tapping the top of the dash with the palm of my hand it has fixed it. obviously something electrical which was not making good contact.
