This is my problem: Ford.
The contour would be a sweet car if Ford actually cared about its customers. I have 4 bad 02 sensors, and 3 bad cats, which was a recall. My car (1996 contour SE) was even made in the right plant, Kansas. But i guess my car was made about half a month after the recall ended, so they can't do anything. Now I am facing around $3000 worth of repairs... The worst part is that I haven't even had this car a year yet and have already put about $1500 into it (typical contour probs- wheel bearings, rotors, water pump, etc.). Yeah, this is where I give up and buy a new car (unless one of you works at ford and can get this recall fixed :-P ). Anyhow, I'll check back here a little later, and if there is nothing, I guess i go car hunting.

Forget the 3 grand. Get a set of MSDS headers, a high flow cat, and a Borla cat back system. That whole setup will run you about $1300 and you could have it installed for another $200-$300 bucks. The o2 sensors need to be replaced periodically anyhow.
