I have a tan (or "Champaign") colored Contour and I HATE it!!! And the other day, I saw a Contour that was EXACTLY like mine, but it was black with tinted windows and it looked 200 times better. But I have a tan interior. Does anyone here have a Black Contour with tan interior??? I just think it would look funny. If you have a pic, that would be great so I can get an idea of what it would look like. Also, any tips/advice on getting it painted would be great, too. Thank you.

Black w/ tan interior looks very nice IMO.

I honestly think that a black contour with a tan interior would look pimp. Some tint and your gonna have a beauty. Might as well get some black rims as well and be totally pimped out!

My car is black with tan interior with tinted windows. It looks really, really nice. I'll try to get pictures sometime this weekend if I can borrow my brother's digicam.

I think the problem that sometimes arises is that the tan stands out too much, but with a decent tint job, it should look really nice.

If you get it black make sure you take care of the paint. Swirl marks suck!

Yeah unless it's a really sunny day, you can't tell my interior is tan. The tint completely hides it. And even when it doesn't completely hide it, it still looks OK. However, no tint at all definately is not an option. Also, swirl marks are EVIL!

black cars come with two options, high detailing costs or a broken back, choose wisely.

my bud's black svt has grey leather. So, grey was also offered as an option to the svt stable.
95 V6 5SPD.
Shaved bumpers,antenna,trunk lock and 1/4 extensions
MIDNIGHT RED.
