Mid-America Motorplex is about 20 miles south of Omaha area. Nice new little road course... would be nice to schedule a meet there maybe this summer...

$145 instructional costs plus a yearly package club price of as little as $145 IIRC... plus gate passes of $100 or so depending on which club pass you buy... I WISH it was only $200 to run... But, they are also going to have an eigth mile drag racing track open soon too. That will be a lot cheaper to run on...

Guys, our mustang club is having a track day there this summer. Like $150 +/- for two full days of time and instruction. Just wait and there will be more info coming out.

$150 will be for the road course, not the drags... actually it just might be both if we push for it.  The test and tune nights at the drags shouldn't be to expensive, especially for an eigth mile track. If it is more expensive, we'll go to the Cedar Falls quarter miler or Eddyville eigth mile for $15 per night as many times as you can run. Just remember, MAM is a lot better facility already than KCIR. Even if the drag racing track hasn't even been poured yet...
