I talked to Terry Haines this morning, and he's shipping my rebuilt transmission back today. The shop should have it on Wed, and hopefully I'll pick it up on Friday. I really hope nothing delays this any further. Terry was really apologetic about the parts delay, but I know how it goes.

If I get it back, I'll be running it at the GM plant auto-x on Sunday. I'll be there either way, but this will be more fun than my girlfriend's Civic CX. smile

Tim, if you are going to be there, I'll bring the wind vent dealies for you. I'll be near the bright freaking green Neon my friend drives...

AAAAHHHHH!!!!

mad mad mad mad mad mad

As of today Airborne Express thinks they have LOST MY TRANSMISSION. It was last seen on 4/2 in Illinois. (This is second day delivery, shipped on 4/1.)

Terry is in the process of tearing them a new one, and I don't know if I'll have my car back in time for the novice school or maybe even the evolution schools.

I just had to vent...

Well if you need to, and if it works out. You can take a few runs in my car at the Novice school. (Just don't break my Transmission laugh )

I'm putting my factory wheels and fine for street, but I want to getridof Dunlop SP Sport 5000's on the car to tear them up.

I imagine that would work out.

So if you want to do that, and it is ok with the instructors.

Hopefully Andy will have recieved my Schroth harness by then.

Wee-hoo! They found it yesterday afternoon, and it's at the shop now. I should have my car back on friday, so I'll be good to go.

Thanks for the offer, Tony.

Woo hoo! I picked up my car last night. Tranny is nice, and I'm sure the Koni are nice too. I haven't messed around much, but I'm so happy to have my car back. Especially with the novice shool this weekend.
