I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum or not but does anyone have any quarter mile times for their nitrous induced v6 tours. I'd read that the supercharged tours did not go for more that 10k without problems, please dispell these rumours if they are not true. I would prefer to run a supercharged setup but if it's gonna mess with the engine in time, then I'd go with Nitrous (used correctly and not often). I only need boost a couple times a year. Thanks alot for the info guys

Street Flight turbo would quenchyour appetite for power. My car is there now having the kit installed.

My car used to have a zex 75 shot and it did 219.6 fwhp on the dyno. Ran great but never had it at the track. It did walk away from newer stock mustang GT's though

A 100 shot of nitrous should get you to 1/4 mile in about 13.868 seconds. wink

When I had my Cougar, I had the same kit that Craig (StreetConcepts) had and ran a very consistant 14.1 with my G-Tech. Now, before anyone cries foul, I ran my Cougar N/A at the track to a 15.306 and the previous week in similar conditions, with my G-Tech I ran a 15.4. Not exactly track tested, but my G-Tech was accurate enough for me to note gains between mods and a 75 shot shaved off 1.3 seconds consistantly laugh

Well, I have a 'homemade' wet kit on the car, it was roughly a 60hp shot.

It was a very hot day, 90+ degrees and 90+ humidity. OFF the bottle I could only muster a 16.0 (come to find out too, my cats were coming apart, and clutch was slipping pretty good between shifts, guess that happens with 70k on it). ON the bottle I ran a 14.7 @95. Not bad.

Now it has/had roughly a 90hp shot on it, and felt alot strong, again before I knew the cats were coming apart. Hopefully in another month or so I can have it back to the track.
