As of right now what are the requirements for the HPP turbo? (ie intake exhaust)

A Duratec engine in a CDW-27 vehicle.

Additional mods are a big plus, just not a requirement.

The only thing that you will need that isn't included in the kit is a high flow cat-back. 2.5" Mandrel bent is recommended.

Is that included, or does one need to do that prior?

Yeah, that too. Although we magically have a lot of space left under the hood. It's just a good idea to have it away from the furnace.
