Will the blower for a 2.5L Duratec Contour work on a 3.0L Duratec Tuarus? I'm still thinking about maybe getting one soon if the Tour keeps acting up and I'm trying to figure out my options for performance mods.

A whole slew of aftermarket stuff but mainly engine work. The list is really long so I decided to save us some bandwidth by taking it out!

Removed half the interior in my never ending quest to find the fuel pump relay so I can fix it!!!!

Most Taurii are ATX's. The Vortech kit's bracked won't work. Might I suggest you check out our turbo kit when we adapt it to the Escape and possibly the Taurus/Sable. Duratec 3L only.

I figured as much. I don't even know if you can even get the Tuarus in a 5 speed anymore. But a turbo sounds just as good. If I get a Tuarus it probably won't be for a couple more months anyway. Any idea on how much power the turbo gives the 3.0L?

When could you ever? (outside a SHO with a different engine setup altogether)

And I've also seen 5 speed 3.0Ls and a couple in 3.8L Tuarii too. But not since the mid nineties redesign though.

But hey, then agian will the MTX75 not hook up to the 2001+ 3.0L Duratecs? Isn't that the reason those are used for the Tour transplants? He He He yet another mad scientist idea brewing over here.
