OP 1qwkpny Junior Member 1 Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 8 sioux falls sd	I have a '98 svt contour that has just over 76,000 miles. I am looking at possibly converting to the 3.0L but what I don't know is what year the 3.0L must be and is it better to use the 3.0l heads or my svt heads/cams. What would be the "optimal" setup?? Any help would be appreciated. YOU LIFT YOU LOOSE!

Ps the 3L heads have a better shaped combustion chamber and larger valves, but the 2.5 has more compression and the SVT has hotter cams. '98 SVT #2253 Currently DEAD! Cobra Paradise
