Removed the upper and lower intakes as well as the wiring harness. I ve got detailed pics of everything that i have removed so far . Its turning out easier than i thought .

Of course, you've only done about 3% of the work needed. Pulling upper and lower intakes is a piece of cake, something that almost anybody can do.

OK JVT you asked for it I just got home from the shop and did some more work to the engine. now its almost bare.

ummm I think JVT was referring more along the lines of disassembling the heads, grinding down the crank, filling in the extra oil ports, etc....

Still a long way to go, but any start is a good start!

Hey hey hey my engine stand is coming. I ordered it from maxtools.

Im going to run 3L heads svt cams and svt fuel rail. Im going to P&P the heads and match the svt intakes to the 3l heads..

Just got to tell you since it sounds like your first time... lable and number everything as you take it off. A lot of pictures can help you reassemble it too. The cams will be the trickiest part for you to get timed being a newbie, so pay special attension during that disassembly. Long way to go yet man... you do have the Ford CD ROM, yes?

Don't worry about him though, he wants to sell his engine to his brother, but Marcel will never buy it, he wants his rebuilt. Don't know if you heard, but he messed up his dad's tour too, fuel pump.......hehe.

I also wanted to add that it's usually easier to work on a motor when it's not in the car...so take advantage while it's not under the hood!
