Just curious, out of those who had purchased the gasket rebuild kit, did it just include the head and valve cover gaskets??? That's what mine included and I could have sworn that I was getting all of the gaskets (intake, oil xover, oil pan, etc).

Each time I've ordered it, we have to go through and piece it together since there is no real "kit" number. Now we just use past orders to make sure we get them all.

Who did you get yours from, Bill Jenkins? Shame on you if you didn't... :p

Brad,

Yup, Mr. Jenkins hooked me with the gasket kit. Can you provide me with the rest of the gasket part numbers???

Same here. Built the kit with Bill's help.

I ordered a lower end kit for the 2.5L motor.

The lower end kit had new pan gasket, front and rear crankshaft seals, timing cover gasket, water pump gasket, and something else. It was pretty reasonable too.

I ordered the head gaskets for the 3L and the valve cover gaskets for the 2.5L.
Valve seals seem to be the same for both engines, but I ordered them for the 2.5L just in case.
Oh, I also ordered new headbolts.

Total cost at the local dealer with a discount was about $150.00

I hope that helps.
