Umm... I may not know much but i have a question about all this. Ive "hear" that in an atx the fuel is turned off to allow the tranny to shift at higher rpm. Well... is there really anything thats stoping that when you put a 3.0L eec in a mtx car? Imean... its sending the signal to the non existent atx to switch gears still right? Whats to say its not also cutting the engine off to alow for a shift that its not actually making????

"The LS heads also have numerous valvetrain improvements. Terry would prolly be able to describe the valvetrain differences than I would."

Interesting thread.
Does anyone know if the SVT cams would work with the LS valvetrain?
