Well just got back from the shop, 500 bucks lighter. Quick tip on spark plugs so it doesn't happen to you. Stay away from Bosch, NGK, or any other plug that has the screw on top adapter (the part the cable attatches to). Never apply Anti-seeze to the threads of the plug, when you put in plugs make sure the engine is stone cold and wrench in the plug firmly. Also make sure their is dielectric lub between the cable's plug and the spark plug. New plug wires come with this but after awhile it does burn off and needs to be relubed. I got this straight from the mechanic, so follow these rules and hopefully you can avoid the bill I just got.

I was using the Bosch Platnum +4, I would scan it or take a picture if I could but I don't have the plug anymore, had everything swaped back to Ford OEM while it was in the shop. Most of the plugs that have the screw on tops are allready screwed on out of the box so you wouldn't even notice unless you checked. The part that screws on is the very top connector that makes contact with the plug cable. What was funny though was the mechanic told me about never putting anti-seeze on the threads and I was like "no F****in s**t" and he just looked at me and said "no F****in s**t" I couldn't help but laugh at myself.
