Here are some basic points:

Lower your front tire pressure...I would not go below 25 but who knows. Raise your rear pressure...just not over the tire's max. If you have adjustable shocks set the rear stiff and the front soft.

You can empty all the junk out of your car, ie. your entire trunk, seats, etc...anything and everything you don't need. Soon little weight there...little weight there and you are helluva' lot lighter. Or not.

And don't drive through the burnout box. smile

Do Not lower your front tire pressure. It will slow you down and give you less traction.

You happen to be driving on low profile street radials. Not large, soft sidewall drag slicks.
Lower tire pressure equals less force pressing the tires contact patch out to the ground and therefore less traction. Plus on top of that it raises your rolling resistance on your leading tires (63% of your weight!) which slows you down as well.
