I am going to the track and I need to a safe rpm to launch at? My baby is bone stock so I dont want to hurt her.

i would try 2000-2500 range... depends on the conditions really.
start with 2000 if it bogs go higher

Wouldnt it be better to launch at the secondaries opening point - 3500 or so?? The secondaries should open when you drop the cluch.

i think there would be way too much spin like that.
And since our stock diffs being so fragile better to launch at a lower rpm

I tried launching at different rpm ranging from 2000 to 4500 (and once at 6000 I don't know what i was thinking ended up with a blown tranny the same week). my best time was when i launched at 3200-3300
But now with the rebuilt tranny and quaife i'm lauching at higher rpm around 4000-4500 rpm. i have one year warranty so i'm willing to take a chance with the tranny, i'm getting my best time at this range with my current setup.
