There are pleanty of dealers offering MSRP dont pay a dime over. Also there will be 10k made this year thats more Cobras than any other year.

MM&FF did a comparo of a Camaro SS, a BMW M3 E46, and a New Cobra. They brought along their sister mag Performance Chevy or something like that so they wouldnt be able to lie!, anyways heres the deal Cobra crushes both the SS and M3 in the quarter, they then run all three on a road course and the M car is faster, yes a whole 5/10 ths of a second. So The way I figure it at sticker of 54k for a M3 and a Cobra at 35 you could probably persued Griggs and say some new P zero corsas to make up that half a second and still keep 10-12k, However that 10-12 wouldnt be bad on a huge set of wilwoods(six pots front with 14" rotors and 4 pots rear 12" rotors) or Brembos and some exhaust work to make short work of 911s and M3s on the straights of any road course.

Any doubters on the ability of a Cobra to hang with 911s and M3s visit www.V8venom.com download all the videos you want of Cobras taking it to 911s and Dinan M3s at willow springs and Laguna Secca, great site with great vids.

Let's see how the normal one runs before we all get to excited about the car.

High 12's@110 MPH is my guess for the average 03 Cobra.

I can't wait to see one in person just so I can race it and see how it does.
