After fitting the Blitz Stainless filter, polishing the TB and de-coking the intakes, I am pleased with my 10 BHP increase from my last run. The car runs smoother with more top end power, the induction sound is also superb.

Curious, though, about the Engine HP vs. Wheel HP...that seems like an awful lot of loss. Percentage-wise it looks right, but comparing the two numbers makes it look insane! Are they calculating Engine HP or actually measuring it somehow? I ask because if they're just calculating it at ~22% loss, using the same loss percentage puts me at 144.8 Engine HP...not shabby, but doubtful.

The line marked P-Norm is a calculated result using the air pressure and temp on the day. The Rollers are calibrated at 1000 mbar pressure and 20 deg C temp, this is how the true reading is higher than the actual gained. In other words the pressure was down and the temp up from the calibrated rollers.
The actual wheel power is not a calculated result and should therefor be a little higher, toward the 162 mark.
But yeh, it is a lot to loose, 47 BHP is a whack!!, If there is a way to reduce the loss, I'd be willing to try it.

Eh? It's measured AT THE WHEELS. How can it not be correct?

Those crank numbers are either way off otherwise I'm a very happy camper with 243 crank HP!!! laugh

Torque looks good! Really good, No real drop off...

BTW - how can you be corrected up from a 21C (69F) temp and high barometric pressure?

Am I just missing something here?
What type of dyno is this?

Sorry, wrong choice of words there. If the conditions during test were at the calibrated ideals, I should be getting more at the wheels.
Air pressure was down below the calibrated setting of 1000 mbar (atmosphere), so the computer calculates the difference. If I had it tested at the calibrated ideals, the readings from P-Norm to P-Eng would read the same.
This rolloing road is calibrated every 6 months and unlike some older analogue types, the operator cannot "fiddle" the readings by manualy changing the air temp or atmospheric pressure.
