does anyone have a howto on springs. I just ordered the roush springs and I am trying to figure out how i am going to get them on. Can i do it myself (i have acces to spring compressors) or should i shop around to find someone to do it? how much is too much to pay?

Depends, do you have mechanical ability and patience? If you got the money id say just pay for it, but you can do it yourself, I did and im happy I saved all that money. There is a how-to in the faq section, its a pretty good one, read it front to back several times before you start anything.

My buddy just put Eibachs on his Protege5. It took him and a friend three hours but he didn't have any problems. Good luck!
