Take a look at where the actual weld for the spring seat is, physically.
Measuring it, the sleeve sits about 3/4" to 1" lower than the sleeve does on the BAT strut. In turn, this gives our car that much more of a drop!!

Where is the actual spring seat on the stock strut? Does it line up with the Koni or the BAT?

The spring seat was removed for coil over installation. The spring seat on a stock strut is where the BAT one is, as well as any other brand I would figure. Koni, however, is a bit different with a slightly lower mounting of the seat.
