I'm using Koni's because I autocross the car. They are stiffer than the stock springs, I'm not sure how the ride may be on a Contour compared to the Cougar. Remeber, they are Cougar springs, not Contour springs. I remember when I had a Saturn, I had H&R's on it with "performance" replacement struts. The front end just felt floaty.

Just to make sure, Roush isn't discontinuing these are they? It seems that everyone is in a rush to get these, but I'm not quite ready. I'm just assuming they'll have to make some more after their shelves get emptied...right?

I put Roush springs & KYB struts on a while back and did measurements before and after (a few days after to let them settle). The drop was 7/8" all around. I can fit 1 finger on top of the back tires and 3 in the front - looks perfect to me.

I am confused too. One person in this thread says Roush springs are stiffer than Eibach, one person says they are softer. Another person says the Cougar springs fit 1998 and newer Contours but one person who installed them drives a 1997. Can anyone with enough knowledge to put it all in perspective?
