That metal plate gets welded onto the point where the old bar was connected, and the washers go on the bolt that goes through the endlinks. Right? I'm guessing that I didn't get a sheet of directions or something like that. TIA 98 MTX V6 SE Sport KKM Mangnaflow muffler and res.
