No, i didnt find that how-to untill i was already started.. But I have followed the Chiltons Guide, Ford CD (parts), other peoples words, and common sense... None have lead me down the right path though.. I will read over the CEG How-to again.. Cant hurt right?

Welp, got one done! Had to remove the hub from the lower ball joint.. Only ***** after that was getting the hub back onto the ball joint.. But its a pain that is far less than the past 2 days of trying to install this thing... Only 3 more corners to go!

Yeah, the balljoint MUST come off the wheel hub or the hub can't drop far enough for the strut to clear. That was definately your problem, the balljoint is definately the hardest part of the whole job. Well, getting the ball joint reattached was anyway. wink
