My '95 Contour SE has developed an odd problem. Last weekend my daughter left the headlights on and drained the battery. She was able to get a boost. Now the delayed wipers do not work, the rear defrost won't work, and the interioor lights will not shut off if you start the engine while they are on. (they do shut off if the engine is not running). Since all the problems involve a timer, I suspect she fried a clock somewhere. Any idea where to look for it?

The system timer is on the back of the underdash fuse box. It's the black box. The timer is also used in keyless entry and pretty much everything else in the car.
