The rain sticks very well to the window and poor visability occurs. What can I clean the inside of window, outside of window and what type of solution can I get to repel the water instead of allowing it to sit on winshield. Thanks in advance!

I use Rain X, apply once a month, then I've never had to bother turning on wiper when I'm over 60KM/hr. Water hates Rain X, or vise versa.

A little trick that window washers use is TSP (Trisodiumphosphate) and water. It is the second best chemical I have ever used.
98.5 SE Sport badgeless, MTX, KKM, SVT exhaust with resonator intact. 1985 Z51 Vette with many mods. Only used when the Tour appears to be outclassed.

In your new car, the inside of the windows tend to get coated with all of the off-gassing volatiles in the plastics. Windex and newspaper always work for me.

I just add a coat of Zaino when I'm polishing the car. Works the same as Rain-x.

I used to use Rain-X on my old High School VW and I had a problem with glare when driving at night. Of course, that was 10 years ago, so maybe they fixed it. I have astigmatism, so nighttime glare is bad enough to begin with, and it was too much for me to deal with. FYI.

I had the same problem. I put rain-X on the outside and that fixed the rain problem. The insides stay dirty due to the oils in the plastic vaporizing and precipitating on the inside of the windows.
I tried alot of things but I found a 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol and ammonia, (make sure you do it outside on a windy day) and I used news paper as the wipe, that did a good job after about two times in a row, and then it lasted about two or three weeks before I had to do it again.
