all of us CT forum people. besides we have a goo reason, corey just had a B-day.

last weekend in october say a friday, saturday or sunday

in a fairly central location, how about the Berlin tpke.?

Corey, I think you know the area better than the rest of us, you pick a place out there.

We all always talk about getting together, but then when its time to make plans we all go ho, "hum, uhh, yeah, I think I hear my mom calling"

I can't say much for myself, I tried, but when BBorges went to Kart Trak, I, like a jerk, forgot all about it  but I'm not about to let that happen again.

my bday is november 15........you already forgot smile

last weekend this month? it will be cold as hell, and my car will be running real good....actually yesterday, i got outta work at 11 in the morning for once....i ended up driving around all day just racing people, but i would have to say the best race was with a corvette.......

my buddy that was with me said it looked like an early 70s vette, but anyways we get caught at the light, i screech my tires so he knows its game on, i spin in 1st, and part of 2nd, but when it hooked up, i started pulling past them......so i let off and they pull up on the side of me, it was an older couple, maybe in their 40's, boy did they have suprised/curious looks on their faces laugh

It will be very hard for me to meet. I do not even know where the berlin turn pike is. I live in south, south CT. Things are very hard for me right now. I hope you guys have a great time though. Maybe I'll be able to do it in the future.

I can't believe you never heard of the Pike. That place is legendary, people from all over the east coast go there to race their cars. All the locals know to get off the streets after dark on a friday night becasue thats when the monsters come out. You see things like civics beating out mustangs, 10 sec. or faster cars, old 70's muscle cars so loud windows rattle and car alarms go off. All this goes on while the local police look the other way, unless you are being real dumb.

Berlin Ternpike in Newington, CT

It sounds like I should come there and check it out smile I do not think I will show up with my SVT then, I do not want to be ridiculed. Maybe I'll go with one of my friends who drag races, and one of his street legal cars run the 1/4 in 10.9..
