Hey you guys... i just purchased a '98 contour (i am 16 thats all i could afford) on saturday and i am not big on the whole car thing but i am a girl what can i say. But the deal is I want to get into the whole car thing, and i want to meet some of you guys that are into the car thing. Maybe i can learn a few things. Anyways, i am suggesting maybe a meet could be held some time in July (any time but the weekend of the 27 & 28, thats nopi drag race weekend). Anyone with me on trying to get together for a meet?????

Hey there...welcome aboard. I'm relatively new to the car thing as well seeing as though I'm the same age. All of these guys on here are awesome and know their stuff. If you have any questions at least one of us will have the answer for ya so just ask.
We usually try to get a meet together maybe once and month or so but we've become kinda slack with that. Our last meet was this last saturday up at Dave and Busters. We'll probably start talkin about our next meet sometime soon. 99SVTguy usually gets em all organized.

Welcome, and if you would like to meet any of us, perhaps we should get together again soon (another time this month). Any one of us here would be glad to help you learn anything there is to learn about your tour. Enjoy it. By the way, what powerplant and transmission did you get?

Welcome, Kris. Glad to have you. As Mini-Flea stated, we usually meet once a month, but we occationally have impromptu get-togethers at events.
Glad to hear that you wanna get 'into cars'; these forums are a GREAT place for info.

Thanks for the welcome. You guys sound like a cool group of guys, hopefully a meet will be held soon, so i can meet some of you. I know a tiny bit about cars, but for the most part i am starting from ground zero. dont hold that against me, okay? i have a lot to learn.
