I still can't find the link to answer what I am looking for here on the boards, but I'm positive I read it. I want to replace the cheesy plastic grill parts with a metal one (up front with the Ford logo). What is the easiest way to do this, and could someone e-mail me a little how to (or post it here) as well. I'm just about to install the home made Oil/Air separator as well, but I got all that covered. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The easiest way is to remove the chrome ring from the grill. And slide a piece of mesh in between the two, then trim it to fit. Next reatach the ring the the grill.

Thats how BP did his, & it looks really nice.

Or you could opt to chop the grille out and spend 5 hours modifying & prepping my grill.

I like BP`s way..... smile

I'm still going to have to remove the plastic strips from my grill because I have placed driving lights behind it that supplement the high beams. I like the field of vision that the low beams and fog lights provide, so I added driving lights. Only problem is that these lights will melt the hell out of my grill. Oh well. It looks cool, until the grill starts smoking laugh
