haha. I have the "top time" but I fully expect that to be beaten this season. With all the mods some of our new members such as Wesley and Bruce have, my measly 15.07 @ 90 will go down. Mean green can't defend her title forever.

Dang dude your trap speed was only 90? With my run I had an 89mph trap speed and I was a whole 7 tenths slower. What happened there?

Dave,

Did you have wheelspin at the launch? one tenth lost in the 60' time is like .2 or .3 lost at the end of the track. Also, what was your shift technique? Slow shifts cost time but not necessarily a lot of speed. .7 of a second is like a car lenghth, maybe less. I've busted plenty of 15.5's and higher...usually due to a poor launch or crummy shift...that 15.07 was magic...I still don't know if I can repeat it or not.

Use common sense about the rain. If it is just cloudy then yes...pouring down rain then no....both events would likely be cancelled if it were to rain. Its not going to rain today, but they are calling for rain tomorrow. If you get up and it is pounding rain, I wouldn't worry about it.

Otherwise, even if overcast, I am planning to get to the show at about 8:30 or 9 AM to set up and help Ryan if he needs anything. My car aint gonna win anything but I have a little setup work I'll want to do too. Hope to see ya'll out there!!!

Rain rain go away.
