I fixed it Saturday with a hangover in the rainy coldness. It?s the pipe that goes to the hose in my backyard. Whoever put it in used CPVC instead of Schedule 40 PVC. I replaced it with the good stuff. My guess is it ran for about 12-hours before I shut off the water? can?t wait to see my water bill eek

oh crap I hate a busted pipe.

If it makes you feel any better, my microwave crapped out this weekend. Gotta buy a new one...and its the kind that's built in and doubles as the range hood. The bottom element went out in my oven too....could affect the mod budget. frown

you should have called. My grandad was a pipe fitter....a little bit of it rubbed off on me....would have been glad to help out.
