mredhawk@hotmail.com 'sup redhawk! long time no see...that's great that you want to come! The more the merrier...Shawn's shop is located in Statham..two lifts, plenty of floorspace. There's even a wrecked SVT over in the corner should someone need a part or something...with Shawn's permission of course. Shawn and his dad (I think his dad, anyway) also works on SHOs so if your buddy with the sho wants to come its cool! Shawn drives a pretty quick SHO himself.

I'll check and see what the prices are for the tuning and the chip. We pretty much made an agreement not to under cut each other though. But I will see what I can do.
I can do the Koni's and stuff.
Let me see what I can do.

Hey Shawn,
Just trying to think of a good mod to do at our mod day to kind of show off your skills at IP tech...Depending on how you can work things out with Tim, the chip idea may be too expensive, at least for now..($200 an hour + chip....ouch, especially since it would probably take a while for you to sort out a workable program for the SVT, but still let me know)
My car has pretty open exhaust...maybe we could try a 65 MM throttle body off a mustang and make some sort of custom intake for mod day....what do you think? Think you could get your hands on a used 96-98 mustang throttle body for cheap from MV Performance or from Mustang Parts Specialties in Winder?
Let me know if you think this would be a worthwhile project for the mod day....
I'm trying to find some urethane motor and transaxle mounts too.

I just ordered a motor mount insert for the SVT. I ordered it from www.ctamotorsports.com. Chris was very helpful. Hopefully we won't have any hangups in shipping. I am also talking to him about purchasing a diablosport chip for the SVT...they are only $199. Could be fun to install that on mod day as well...but still doing research.
