Spent a lot of time today traveling South East on the I-10 today with a Black 98 or 98.5 SVT. Anyone on the forums. I was carpooling in the Silver Frost 99 SVT that is in diar need of a bath. Just curious if it was anyone on the forums.

You beat me to the forum! It was me. Funny, the whole time I was thinking about how dirty my car was. It desperately needs a wax, too. Is that your normal route? If so, I'm surprised I haven't seen you before.

That is my normal route. I drive it twice a day during the week and often on the weekends. I don't know if it's because you car is black or what but it looked much nicer or at least cleaner than mine I live on Gilbert and Ray but I drop of a carpooler on Ray and Rural daily. Nice to see you, hope we pass each other again. We'll have to get together some time to detail our cars

You know, the grass is always greener, isn't it? I was thinking the same thing about yours. I'm really beginning to like the silver frost SVTs. I think I'm going to wax mine this weekend. I'm also going to try to convince the Mrs. that I need new wheels this weekend. I need new tires, but I want to get bigger wheels later on - so it would make more sense to get them both now, right? Right? Think that will work?

Good luck with the Mrs. I've tried that same argument. I need new tires and if I buy tires now, then I buy rims later, I'll have to buy tires again. Cheaper to buy the rims and tires now.... right... If you do get new rims and tires let me know which ones you get. Plus fill me in on your argument, I may plagorize(sp?)

How long have you guys been out that way? I lived there about 2 years ago. I saw a few when I was there. Now I see only one (NW)and it is driven by a lady on a cell phone.

I've been in the east valley for 7 years. I've had the 'Tour since '99. I had no idea there were so many 'Tour enthusiasts around here. It's great. I thought I was the loan ranger for a long time.
