I really thought Neons went out with the lowrider pick up scene that disappeared in the mid 90's.
I'm glad you enjoy them, they are just not for everyone I guess

Skrilla, Props to you on the neons.... and excuse me if I am wrong, but if neons went out in the mid-90's, why so many appearing in the non-mid 90's film Fast and Furious? Apparently they are still cool to someone, and thats all that matters. I wish I could do them, but need more information on them as my car still sees gravel roads on the way home... don't need to get them and then break them right away. Anyways, I am off track. Nice job... And I really think the "what's in and out" thing disappeared in the mid-90's too.... correct me if I am wrong... Fmr12B, it's ok if you don't like something but don't apply the "in and out" theory to it... I don't think anyone (including myself) to be so highly intelligent and important that their style must apply to everyone else. If people all liked the same thing, there wouldnt be menus at restaraunts, and we would all drive the same color car. What fun would that be? Individuality rocks, and in my mind the "cool" people don't follow the crowd. Ok, my rants are over... I promise... Skrilla, great job on the neons. -Jeremy

I'm glad you enjoy them, they are just not for everyone I guess I think neon rocks if you do it right. Right = you can't see any bar unless you're underneath the vehicle. So many people do it wrong, you only see a few that look good. Speed Demon is thinking about going with clear underbody's, which I think would be awesome on a black car. EDIT: I do, however, think driving everywhere with them is bunk.
Silver E1 I'm afraid Speed Demon has given me the mod bug. AIM: Davo7Wins

Neons are still cool to a lot of people. So aren't those windshield washer LEDs. Both are illegal in MA (exterior neons and interior neons above the dashline), yet they're still popular here. I'd like some blue undercarriage ones, but am not willing to take the risk or pay the money. I have to get pics of my friend's Mercedes sometime. He's got washer-fluid LEDS (had to put them aside of the OEM washers because the MB hoses didn't fit the LED ones!), undercarriage neons, about 10+ neons inside, huge stereo system etc., ... the only pimpin' MB I've ever seen, which is a good thing

Neons are cool when you can't see the tube...so I'm a fan of underbody lights, etc. but not a fan of some ass laying one little neon bar in his trunk.

the undercar kits look cool, but the lights on the washer sprouts are nasty, tacky and damn played.....
