Looks like an SCA CAI (South County Autosports Cold Air Induction kit) or the SHO Shop CAI.

SHO Shop is still around, but SCA has gone under, IIRC. You could also try BAT . They seemed to have a CAI at one point. Of course, you could also custom make one...

Yep, thats the SCA Intake pipe (SCA is now out of business). I just bought one from another ceg'er for my new engine to test it out, see what diff it is to the "notmal" intake pipes you'll see around here.
Here's a better pic of how it acutally looks. Hard to see when it's on the car normally.


I have mine wrapped in thermalwrap to help keep out the heat.
